Resumen
El artículo propone la tríada Tendencia–Territorio–Talento (3T) como un marco teórico-metodológico para fortalecer la formulación de proyectos sostenibles y favorecer su evolución hacia emprendimientos impulsados por el diseño. El estudio parte de la necesidad de ampliar el papel del diseño industrial, tradicionalmente asociado con la configuración formal y funcional de productos, para comprenderlo como una capacidad estratégica capaz de anticipar transformaciones, interpretar condiciones territoriales y movilizar capacidades humanas y organizacionales. Se desarrolló una revisión bibliográfica semi-sistemática en Scopus y Web of Science. La búsqueda inicial identificó 2.846 registros; después de eliminar duplicados y aplicar criterios de selección, elegibilidad, calidad e impacto, se consolidó un corpus analítico de 47 artículos. La síntesis temática reveló seis dominios de conocimiento escasamente articulados: emprendimiento sostenible, innovación para la sostenibilidad, modelos de negocio sostenibles, diseño para la sostenibilidad, innovación impulsada por diseño e innovación territorial basada en capacidades. Como resultado, se formuló el modelo 3T, en el cual la Tendencia permite reconocer señales y oportunidades emergentes; el Territorio aporta recursos, identidad, condiciones institucionales y legitimidad contextual; y el Talento activa capacidades creativas, técnicas, emprendedoras y relacionales. La principal contribución radica en el concepto de coherencia estratégica 3T, entendido como la alineación entre relevancia futura, pertinencia territorial y capacidad de ejecución. Se concluye que el diseño industrial puede actuar como una capacidad estratégica territorial que conecta sostenibilidad, innovación y emprendimiento, convirtiendo proyectos aislados en propuestas de valor con potencial de transformación económica, ambiental y social.
